Concentrating on period, listed and historic properties predominantly in Kensington, Holland Park and Notting Hill, Huntsmore take projects from the initial designs and planning through to full delivery of the build.
Founded in 2014 by director Eamonn Agha, we pride ourselves on having a very personal approach, taking time to understand how you live and use your home. We have an in-house design and construction management team, comprising of RIBA architects, interior designers and CIOB chartered construction managers, and we work collaboratively with you to blend traditional and contemporary design with detailed construction knowledge to ensure project delivery and create a truly exquisite home.
We have a trusted network of construction professionals, ranging from RICS surveyors, structural engineers, AV and M&E consultants who assist us through the design and pre-construction process. We also have a range of builders and main contractors that we can call upon to undertake the physical construction.
Eamonn Agha MCIOB
Eamonn has acquired extensive construction and property development experience over the past decade as well as an MSc in Real Estate Development. He is a Chartered Construction Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building [CIOB] and is also a registered interior designer with the British Institute of Interior Design [BIID]
Owain Williams RIBA ARB
Owain studied at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, where he graduated with Distinction and was awarded the National Eisteddfod Architecture Scholarship by the Design Commission. Owain has practiced at Project Orange, TDO Architecture + Design, and Publica Associates, where he worked to develop award-winning residential and commercial design projects.
